Working Out is Paying Off!
Although my workout schedule hasn't been as rigorous as I'd like, it would seem that I am at least making progress in the right direction. In one month, I lost two pounds of fat and gained a pound of muscle. I've also noticed my clothes fitting better. Yay me!
Now to work on building more muscle definition and to strengthen my core. Fortunately I like lifting weights! I'm less enamored of time on the cardio machines. I don't know if I need a more interesting audio book to listen to or more entertaining TV options, because I can barely keep myself interested long enough for a 30 minute workout. Before the Disney Princess Half Marathon, I was fine spending an hour on the treadmill.
