I am no longer a homeowner!

I have officially sold my house that I moved out of over a year ago.  I was paid more than I owe on it, but ended up having to pay the buyer's closing costs (only fair I suppose since the people I bought the house from paid my closing costs).

It was a cute little house with a huge backyard and no neighbors behind me. I had fun planting lots of flowers (irises, daisies, coreopsis), watching the fruit trees bloom and eating lots of blackberries.  Sitting on the deck at the end of the day enjoying the sunset and relaxing was always a good thing. So was watching the stars at night.
