Back to Reality

The Star Wars Half Marathon was, as expected, a lot of fun. I managed to shave 20 minutes off my previous time, finishing in 3:16. I also recovered much faster than expected with zero pain within three days of the race. So now I'm psyched to keep up training and do more races.  Despite needing to be at work early a couple days this week, I still managed to get into the gym which is an improvement over the past few months.  I've also made a point of avoiding junk food at work and that has worked well. Next up: tweaking my other habits!
